product has been custom blended to enhance the flavor of game meat on the
grill, in the oven or skillet. The recipes for the sausage mixes, marinades and rubs were originally blended
by a German Sausage maker and given to me for my use by his son. Other
blends have been developed by myself and sportsman friends. They
have been in demand in my area for years. Iron Skillet seasonings are easy to use, are portion sized, pre-mixed and require no measuring. They are designed to produce a generous, family sized meal. Mixes to prepare sausage and jerky are intended to produce practical size results. You do not need to be a chef to prepare a great meal. Instructions are easy to follow and require very few and common ingredients. Even if you are all thumbs in the kitchen, you too can impress your family and friends. Many of these blends are ideal for hunting or fishing trips and can produce the same results whether prepared on a camp stove or a campfire. The packaging used is very durable and stands up well to being packed in backpacks and duffle bags. The heavy-duty pouches are intended to protect these seasonings and provide long product life.
