Injector Mix & Marinade for Turkey and other Gamebirds

This flavorful seasoning will produce a delicious injected breast that is juicy and tender. Use it as a marinade and it is suited not only for turkey but for any game bird. After used as marinade, use left over liquid to baste birds while grilling or broiling. Great for use on domestic turkey or chicken also.

If you like to inject your turkey before deep-frying or baking, this is your seasoning.

For traditional marinade, let turkey breast and other parts if desired marinade for at least 8 hours.  Use the remaining marinade to baste while cooking.  Do no reuse marinade.
