If you like hot Cajun food, this one is for you. Simply mix this seasoning with one and a half pounds of ground venison. You can use one pound if you really want to brings tears to your eyes, or two pounds or more if you prefer a tamer taste. The flavor is enhanced if you allow seasoned ground meat to refrigerate overnight before you make patties. Make sure you try this one with ground beef too.
